The Countdown Has Begun for the Marmaris Seafood Festival
The natural beauty of Marmaris, the bounty of the sea, and the flavors of Aegean cuisine are coming together at the 2nd Marmaris Seafood Festival. Centered in Selimiye, the festival will take place from October 2–4, 2026.
Over the course of three days, the festival will feature a wide range of activities spanning gastronomy, sports, art, and music. The opening ceremony on Friday, October 2, will include a parade, concerts, a photography exhibition, and dance performances.
On Saturday, October 3, Selimiye will host a street fashion show by Simay Öztürk, while a local products market featuring regional specialties will be set up in Taşlıca. On the final day of the festival, yoga and SUP activities will take place in Sığliman.
Throughout the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the flavors of Aegean and Mediterranean cuisine through live cooking demonstrations by chefs, tasting events, workshops, and gastronomy gatherings. Local producers will also showcase their products at food, beverage, and souvenir stalls.
